What is included with the Pupil 360™ path?
The Pupil 360™ path is a marketing track for your school. We're a one-stop-shop, so you can ask anything marketing-related of our team, with full deliverable capabilities in-house, and we can source trusted third-party vendors on your behalf if needed. Think of us as your very own marketing team.
What is included with the Pupil Enroll™ path?
If you have the marketing handled but need help with admissions, capturing leads, providing resources to families, and staffing support for parent communication, this path finds unique solutions to your school's struggles.
How much do you charge?
We negotiate based on your budget, path, and services needed monthly. Many schools take one student's annual tuition divided by 12 as a monthly retainer, so attracting just 2 new students a year already returns your investment. We cap rates at $1,000/mo unless you require extra services.
Are we locked into a contract?
Never. We do build a one-year plan together to focus the first 12 months on finding weak points, executing priority tasks, and handling what you need month to month.

Cassus Media has assisted private schools in Nicktown and Carrolltown, PA for years, and our first big success, Bishop Guilfoyle Academy in Altoona, PA, inspired this service. We're in talks with several more schools.
Why are you so transparent about how you do business?
Simple: if you can't trust us, you won't work with us. There are no secrets in education, and we don't believe business should have any between either party.
What happens if we decide to pause services?
We move you to Casual Client status. Some schools only need seasonal support, and we're flexible like that.
Can we order a la carte services?
Absolutely. Casual Clients often ask for brochures, logos, brand kits, and more. Because Pupil Marketing is a service of Cassus Media, you have a full marketing agency behind you, and we'll tailor a plan even without a regular path.
